At Ren Cosmedical, it is our main priority to ensure the health and safety of our staff and patients during this uncertain time. Being a medical clinic, we have medical grade hygiene standards and infection control measures in place. We will strictly be following all the required ACT Health guidelines, procedures and protocols, as well as the Government’s advice on restrictions. We would like to thank our patients and staff for their support and patience during this pandemic. Please read the information below on what we do in our medical clinic to keep everyone safe and how you can help us to stop the Covid-19 spread.

  • If you are sick or feeling unwell, particularly with any flu-like symptoms (e.g. cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever), please call us to reschedule your appointment at no charge. 24-hour cancellation policy will not apply during Covid-19.
  • If you have recently travelled anywhere overseas, interstates, or to any Covid-19 hotspots, or who has been in contact with anyone who has, or has been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with or suspected of having Covid-19, for the past 14 days, we advise you to refrain from coming into our clinic until your 14-day quarantine period is over and you are symptom-free. Please contact us instead via phone prior to making a booking or visiting our medical clinic.

  • Patients are required to wear face masks when visiting our clinic.
  • Please use the Check In CBR app on your smartphone and scan the QR Code displayed in front of the clinic, prior to entering.
  • Appointments booked must be attended on time. If you are running late, please be courteous and advise, as we may be able to reschedule your appointment to the next available one. 
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to fill out some forms and ensure the smooth operation of our clinic.
  • Please be patient with us while waiting, as we need extra time between appointments for appropriate cleaning and infection prevention and control measures. Therefore, it is important that you do not miss your scheduled appointment.
  • Please ensure that all makeup is removed well before scheduled appointment. You may leave your sunscreen on, which can be removed during consultation.
  • Upon arrival at our medical clinic, we ask that you use the hand sanitiser available at the entrance and avoid touching your facial areas during your visit with us. Your temperature will be checked.
  • Please respect others and maintain social distancing within the clinic. Keep your 1.5m distance.
  • Please limit your company to one per patient.
  • Please maintain courtesy to cover yourself if you cough or sneeze.
  • At Ren Cosmedical, we care about your skin and highly encourage the use of sun protection. Please bring your choice(s) of sun protection (e.g. sunscreen, hats or umbrellas) along with you to be used after the appointment / treatment(s).
  • We will display the capacity allowed for our clinic clearly on our shop front.
  • If maximum capacity is reached, patient(s) and/or one company will be asked to wait outside.
  • We hope you can understand and respect our current Covid-19 policy and our staff. Ren Cosmedical will not tolerate any physical or verbal abuse from patients.
